The Northern Neck Association of Realtors (NNAR) is proud to continue its tradition of giving back to the communities we serve. Recently, NNAR made a $500 donation to The Haven Shelter, a vital organization in our region. In addition, the association supported The Haven’s Back to School Drive, helping ensure that the children staying at the shelter had the necessary supplies for a positive start to the school year.

The Haven provides critical services throughout Westmoreland, Richmond, Essex, Lancaster, and Northumberland counties. These include a 24-hour crisis hotline, emergency shelter, court advocacy, and support groups for those in need.

As Realtors, we not only live and work here, but we are also committed to uplifting and supporting our neighbors. NNAR is proud to stand beside organizations like The Haven, which make a lasting difference in our community.

Did you know that The Healthy Harvest Backpack Program serves students in 19 schools throughout our area? Healthy Harvest partners in each county identify the students in need; coordinate the consent process for the program; identify and help resolve challenges that impeded students from getting Backpacks; and help with surveys that provided information to continue improving the Backpack Program.

NNAR Members recently donated 225 pounds to Backpack Buddies!
